Curtains for new homes, measured and fitted before you move in

We stitch curtains in Etihad Town Lahore to the size of each window and fit them ourselves. Our team visits the house, measures the width and length of every window, stitches the panels to those numbers and returns to hang them, so the house is ready when the family moves in.

The society is on Main Raiwind Road, and its developer has started nine projects since 2017, with the Premier Enclave handed over ahead of schedule in early 2026 as the fifth one delivered, according to Business Recorder. That means many houses here are new, and most curtain orders cover the whole house at once.

A new house needs rods before curtains

In a newly finished house, the rods and brackets are often not up yet. We can measure once the walls are finished and tell you what to install for the set you choose. Our fancy velvet curtains hang from stainless steel eyelet rings, which need a round rod of the right diameter, since a thick rod will not pass through a standard ring. A four piece set, velvet with white chiffon behind, needs two rods or a double bracket, so plan that before the fitter drills.

Sets that suit 5 marla and 10 marla houses

In a 5 marla house, rooms are compact, so two panel laser cut or monogram velvet sets work well in the lounge and bedrooms. In a 10 marla house, the drawing room can take a four piece double parda for daytime light and evening privacy. You can see every design on our fancy curtains page.

Order every room together

Measuring all the rooms in one visit saves a second trip down Raiwind Road and keeps colours matched across the house, because panels cut from the same batch of cloth come out in the same shade. We go room by room with you and note which windows need one layer and which need two.

Booking a visit

Send your phase and block on WhatsApp at 0324 492 4274. We visit to measure, confirm the design and panel count for each window, and a 50 percent advance starts stitching. When the set is ready, we bring it and fit it. The fitting date and any charges are agreed on WhatsApp before work starts. Our curtain designs guide explains width and drop if you want to understand sizes first.

Common questions

Can you measure before the rods are installed?

Yes, once the walls are finished. We note the window sizes and tell you which rod or bracket to install for the curtains you choose.

Do you fit curtains in every phase?

Yes. We measure and fit in all residential phases and blocks. Share your location on WhatsApp so we can plan the visit.

Which set suits a 5 marla lounge?

A two panel velvet set. It needs one rod and keeps a compact lounge from feeling crowded.
